The business world is becoming increasingly complex. With that complexity comes an increasing frequency of ethical dilemmas and issues.
As we struggle to deal with this new reality, an understanding of basic ethical principles and issues can help us better navigate our worlds.
Addressing this trend, New Wave Occupational Health and Safety Services offers two courses in our Ethics in Business series:
Both courses are roughly 3 hours in length and available both on demand and in person.
As well, both versions of both courses are approved by the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP) as meeting the ethics requirement for registration maintenance.

This is our most successful course, with over 1400 students having completed the course. In this 3-hour session, we discuss factors which impact our ethical and moral decisions and what frameworks we can use to help us better understand our own and others' rationales.
