Our courses meet the requirements of the new standard CAN/CGSB-192.3-2020, Transportation of dangerous goods training, assessment and competency for general awareness training and assessment and cover:

• overview of the TDG Regulations, including roles and responsibilities;
• classification and identification of dangerous goods;
• MOC and certification safety marks;
• dangerous goods safety marks;
• documentation;
• emergency response and reporting;
• special cases, special provisions and exemptions.

New Wave Occupational Health and Safety Services is included in Transport Canada's list of "Organizations Providing Dangerous Goods Training".

Note that our standard courses do not cover the transportation of explosives, biological agents or radioactive substances. We do offer specialized courses in these areas though.
